MERCHANDISE RETURNS

Merchandise purchased on vinicioboutique.com can be returned upon approval only and are free of charge. A return request must be send within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. 

If the return request meets Vinicio Boutique’s return policy requirements*, a return label will be sent to the email address used at the moment of purchase by our customer service after approval.

*RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

      • All returns must be approved by our customer service team.Vinicioboutique.com reserves the right to refuse any returns sent back to our facility without authorization;

      • The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers, extra buttons, hangers, etc.); items must have Vinicio Boutique’s authenticity tag attached and the security cord must be intact;

      • Vinicioboutique.com reserves the right to refuse any returns sent without the material included at the moment of purchase or without the Vinicio Boutique’s authenticity tag attached;

      • Items cannot be washed or altered in any way;

      • In case of defective or incorrect merchandise vinicioboutique.com reserves the right to request photographic support before authorizing a return for full reimbursement;

      • We kindly ask you to check all garments within 72 hours from the moment of receipt;

      • Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear

      • Vinicioboutique.com reserves the right to refuse any returns if the protective hygienic strip has been removed;

      • All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection at the sole discretion of vinicioboutique.com Based on the condition of the return and/or the non-compliance of the Return Policy a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the final refund;

 

REFUNDS

All refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been verified by our team.
The refunded amount will be available to clients depending on payment method used at the moment of purchase:

          • Credit card, the refunded money will be available in approximately 5 business days and within next billing statement

          • Paypal, the refunded money will be available the same day as the refund is issued

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

RETURN PROCEDURE BY STEPS

STEP 1

Be sure all items must be returned in their original condition (dust bag, extra buttons, hangers) without having been worn and with all tags still attached.

 

STEP 2

 

Log into your account from the ‘My Account’ link located at the top right of our site to request the return or, if you are a guest, fill up the online form with your order ID, billing last name and email address used for the order you want to return. 

 

STEP 3

Wait for the approval you will receive it by e-mail.

 

STEP 4

Stick up the pre-paid DHL label that you have found in the box. Call your local Dhl office to arrange the pick-up service or visit Dhl web site. You will be asked our merchant id number: 961824037 or the return waybill number.

 

STEP 5

Once we receive the package in our warehouse, we will verify the products conditions. All approved returns will be credited as soon as possible (payment method as used for original purchase).
