1. HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Select your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item(s) will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents in the ‘mini cart’ at any time.

When you’re ready to place your order, select Proceed to Checkout from the mini bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process.

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VINICIOBOUTIQUE.COM ACCEPT?

We accept all credit cards and Paypal. All accepted methods are listed here.

 

3. IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AT VINICIOBOUTIQUE.COM?

Our payments are processed on Braintree (a division of Paypal) which is a world leader as far as web payment systems for ecommerce companies using advanced fraud protection.

 

4. IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEP PRIVATE?

We take your information very serious and consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders shipped with DHL are delivered Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. For security reasons, all orders must be signed for upon delivery.

6. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment.

Notice, though, that it may take 24 hours for tracking information to be available in your account.

 

7. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy. You can also choose to receive your refund as credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.

 

8. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Merchandise purchased on vinicioboutique.com can be returned upon approval only and are free of charge.

A return request must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise. The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.

If the return request meets Vinicio Boutique’s return policy requirements*, a return label will be sent to the email address used at the moment of purchase by our customer service after approval.

How to make a return:

  1. Log into your account from the My Account link located at the top right of our site

  2. Either on the Dashboard or in the “My Orders” section, locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish you to return and select “Return

  3. Follow the instructions filling out the requested information

  4. Click “Submit” to request a return

 

9. DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES?

For all other countries outside of the European Union, all prices shown on product and listing pages exclude duty and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery.
